Refund and Returns Policy

At Intukiye, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange policy in accordance with Minnesota Consumer Protection Law and Minnesota Statutes §325F.80.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached
  • The return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order number, invoice, or receipt)
  • The item is not customized or marked as Final Sale

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

  • Customized table linens (e.g., embroidered or special sizes)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service via email (aboutus@intukiye.com) or phone (763-258-8525) with your order details and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely with original packaging and include the RMA number
  4. Use a trackable shipping method; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or gift card
  • If the return is due to a product defect, we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a refund if preferred

6. Special Notes

  • If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items and determine final eligibility for refund or exchange
