Q: Do I need to register an account before placing an order? A: No need. You can place orders directly as a visitor, but registering an account will make it convenient for you to view order records and enjoy exclusive offers.

 

Q: How long will it take for the goods to be dispatched after placing an order? A: We usually process orders and ship them within 1 to 2 working days. There may be slight delays during holidays or peak hours.

 

Q: Can an order be modified or cancelled? A: If your order has not been dispatched yet, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will do our best to assist you in modifying or canceling it.

Return and exchange related

Q: Can I return the received goods if I’m not satisfied with them? A: Of course. We offer a 30-day worry-free return service. The goods must remain unused and in their original packaging. For details, please refer to the return and exchange policy.

 

Q: Who will bear the return shipping cost? A: If the goods are returned due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost. Returns for other reasons shall be borne by the customer themselves.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive the refund? A: We usually process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned goods and completing the inspection.
