Delivery Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within one to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom items may require additional time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We offer three levels of shipping service through our logistics partners (UPS, USPS, and FedEx):
- Standard shipping usually takes three to seven business days.
- Expedited shipping typically arrives within two to three business days.
- Express shipping is delivered within one to two business days.
Remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Shipping Fees and Taxes
Shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Sales tax is applied based on Minnesota law and other applicable state regulations. For cross-border shipments, orders valued under $800 may be exempt from import duties under Section 321 of U.S. Customs regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our website or directly on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues and Responsibility
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, or other issues not caused by Intukiye, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping fees. If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos. We will assist with claims or send a replacement.
Holiday and Peak Season Notice
During holidays and peak seasons such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, delivery times may be delayed. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival.
